What a week..... Sierra, Maddie and Jake all got sick this week. Luckily, they weren't sick all on the same day - they spread it through out the week. It started Monday, with Sierra, and has finally ended today, Friday, with Jake. It was really hard being home alone to take care of two sick kids. One day I broke down and called Jake to come home early. That day I had Sierra throwing up and both of them crying. It was just me to make everything all better. Then on a different day, Sierra had been crying all day, Maddie was crying and I was so close to breaking down and crying along with them. I didn't know what was wrong with them. I had been listening to it all day and couldn't make it better. That is hard on a mom. Just when I thought it was over and everyone was better, Jake came home from work sick. This picture was taken today - everyone is feeling fine. Yea!!!

Sometimes this Mom job can really stink! I've never had both girls be sick at the same time, I couldn't even imagine! I have a hard enough time when they are both just tired and ornery!
Glad to hear the girls are doing better (and Jake, get well soon) You better not get sick, Brooke! Mom's can't get sick!
I am so glad to hear the family is back in good form and the Brooke didn't ever get sick. It is so hard to have sick kids... two at once is really bad! It just makes you feel helpless.
