Obsession

I just started to learn how to crochet this week. It's kind of funny, Jake has known how to crochet for a few years, but I have never bothered to learn. It has now become an obsession. I am still working on perfecting the single crochet stitch, but I think I've got it down pretty good. I am working on a blanket for one of Sierra's favorite stuffed animals and Jake is working on a cute scarf for Sierra. Yesterday morning, when Sierra woke up, the first thing she did was grab some yarn and needles and started to "crochet". She wants to do everything we do.

My girls and me.

Maybe Sierra can teach me when she learns. I am pretty much a clutz. She is so smart

How fun! I still have a afghan (or however you spell that) that needs to be finished from last year this time.. when I had nothing better to do. I will send it up to you to finish-- :) I always seem to start projects and never finish them. Hopefully thats not the case with you!

Cute pic of you 3!

Crocheting is a very good obsession to have--I'm sure Tami would agree! :) What a smart little cookie Sierra is--the only thing I remember Olivia doing is tangling all the yarn, and Elsa doesn't even notice.

Yes, do post pictures! I love to see finished projects, hence my putting up mine to encourage the trend!

Maybe when we come up for thanksgiving you can give me a pointer. I think it's a great thing to know how to do.

My mom has been trying to get me to crochet for years! I just can't get into it but then I am not a crafty person. She would love that you crochet!
Your girls get cuter every time I see pictures of them!
